What a wonderful wonderful experience spending the night with whanau at our kura. As I lay in bed last night I felt so comfortable being exactly where I was, sleeping beside the tamariki I teach. I am so proud of the amazing behaviour of our tamariki and the positive response from parents. A very special thank you to Matua Rawiri for his informative presentation. His talk has given us all a better appreciation of the knowledge our tupuna used to travel the Pacific with such accuracy.
